amusement device "amusement device" means any contrivance or a combination of contrivances, or rides, equipment or plant or any other similar device which are designed or intended to entertain or amuse people and which can be installed repeatedly without loss of substance, whether temporarily or permanently, at fairs, amusement parks or other locations; [Ins.
